Service Description
Platform Access
CompliCentral provides a cloud-based compliance management platform that helps organizations manage their regulatory requirements, documentation, and audit processes.
Subscription-Based Service
Our service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing. Access to the platform is granted upon successful payment and account activation.
Service Availability
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our platform. Planned maintenance will be announced with at least 48 hours notice when possible.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the service for any illegal or prohibited activities.
User Conduct
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the service's operation, or upload malicious code.
Payment Terms & Billing
Subscription Fees
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this agreement or required by law.
Payment Processing
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Payment is due on the same date each month. Failed payments may result in service suspension.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will be communicated via email and will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Service Level & Availability
Uptime Commitment
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime for our platform. Scheduled maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours with advance notice.
Support Response
We provide email support with responses within 24 hours during business days. Priority support is available for enterprise customers.
Service Limitations
We may temporarily limit access for maintenance, security, or technical reasons. We will communicate any planned downtime in advance when possible.
Data & Privacy
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create using our service. We do not claim ownership of your compliance data or documentation.
Data Backup
We maintain regular backups of your data. You are responsible for maintaining local backups of critical information as a best practice.
Data Security

Intellectual Property
Our Rights
CompliCentral and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including all software, features, and improvements.
Limited License

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.
Limitations & Disclaimers
Service Warranty Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Subscription Changes & Termination
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Data Export
You may export your data within 30 days of cancellation. After this period, data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
